Job Description

The Senior Account Executive plays a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction in our organization. This position focuses on developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and account management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be expected to liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Your strategic vision and excellent communication skills will be central to enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust.
  • Identify and present new business opportunities to existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of sales goals.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and potential areas for growth and service improvement.
  • Oversee the delivery of client requests and ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on progress, forecasts, and new initiatives to clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Provide market feedback to the company’s leadership regarding competitive offerings and client needs.
  • Lead or participate in client calls and meetings to address concerns or queries promptly.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to enhance effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive or in a similar role within the industry.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, meeting or exceeding established sales targets consistently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build effective client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand and address client needs.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
