  • Provide post-sales support to clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Stay informed about new developments and incentives in the real estate industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in real estate or a related industry is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and negotiations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and sales processes simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools to drive efficiency.
  • In-depth understanding of real estate market dynamics, regulations, and financial principles.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
