Job Description

A Reservation Executive plays a crucial role in the hospitality and travel industry, acting as the primary point of contact for clients who wish to book accommodations, flights, or other travel-related services. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or degree is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in reservations or customer service preferred in hospitality sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to address client needs effectively.
  • Proficient in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
