Job Description

The Project Coordinator serves as a key point of contact and support for our project management team, ensuring that all project activities are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the facilitation of communication and collaboration among team members, clients, and stakeholders. Through proactive planning and problem-solving, this individual will contribute to the seamless operation of project timelines, resources, and deliverables. We seek a dynamic professional who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and is committed to meeting project goals and objectives within the designated timelines.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information for seamless execution.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to managers, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Assist with the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, and schedules.
  • Monitor and track project deliverables and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
  • Manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure project standards are met.
  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, noting minutes and action items.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and ensure financial accuracy of project expenses.
  • Support risk management by identifying potential project risks and mitigations.
  • Work closely with the project manager to ensure that all project deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management and related software tools.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
