Job Description

As a Project Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of multiple projects, ensuring that each one is completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, team members, and various stakeholders to facilitate communication and streamline project activities. Your organizational skills will be crucial in managing project schedules, resources, and documentation to keep the teams focused and productive. This role requires someone who is proactive and detail-oriented, as you will be responsible for identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to keep projects on track. Your ability to multitask and work under pressure will be key in maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities to ensure completion on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
  • Identify potential project risks and propose appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the development and management of project schedules and timelines.
  • Compile project reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support project managers in tracking project budgets and expenditures.
  • Ensure all project guidelines and standards are consistently met.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Facilitate and support project team member training and development.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project support or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interactions.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools like Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues.
