Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision and goals.
• Work closely with engineers to determine and design product features.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development.
• Analyze market trends to assess opportunities for new product features or strategic pivots.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept, launch, and throughout its presence in the market.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve and iterate on the product line.
• Define and prioritize detailed product requirements and communicate these to development teams.
• Forecast, prepare, and manage budgets to ensure product profitability and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular reviews of product performance against goals and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to gather insights and track product satisfaction.
• Develop product positioning and messaging to differentiate from competitors in the market.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations to stakeholders, partners, and clients as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in product management.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex workflows.
• Experience with market analysis, product planning, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in product management tools and software, such as JIRA or Trello.
