We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients. The Outdoor Sales Executive will be required to travel within the designated territory, meet potential clients, and offer innovative solutions to meet their needs. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to meet and exceed sales targets, increase market share, and establish long-lasting customer partnerships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to promote the company brand.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure company sales objectives are being met.
  • Create detailed sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profits.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other relevant data.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities to boost sales growth.
  • Provide leadership to new sales recruits and guide their operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Outdoor Sales Executive or relevant role in sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with customers.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective and professional relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas or targets regularly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within designated territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
