As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales efforts of our company by proactively reaching out to potential clients and existing customers. Your primary focus will be to generate new business opportunities, enhance customer relationships, and close sales to meet and exceed set targets. Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review regularly.

  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar role is required.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales dealings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
