The Office Administrator is a pivotal role within any organization, responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office environment and supporting the administrative needs of the team. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize office operations and procedures for efficient workflow.
  • Oversee and maintain the company's filing and record-keeping systems diligently.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare, compile, and produce reports, presentations, and board documentation.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members.
  • Ensure the office is kept neat, safe, and operational at all times.
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory to prevent shortages.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and repair professionals.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of company events and functions.
  • Provide support for onboarding new employees and training schedules.
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive requests with discretion and efficiency.
  • Facilitate internal communication among departments to improve office efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in office management software such as MS Office Suite required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary for this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar role is preferred.
  • Must possess the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive, flexible attitude with a focus on detail-oriented work is essential.
