Job Description

As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless operation of office functions. Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of office equipment and technology.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications and memos.
  • Oversee the administrative aspects of logistics for office events and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and various departments.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems competently.
  • Address and resolve administrative inquiries and requests from staff and clients.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for office-related contracts and services.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to ensure a conducive working environment.
  • Develop reports and presentations based on collected data and information.
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments to ensure operational flow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions independently.
