Job Description

A Merchandiser plays a pivotal role in the retail industry, ensuring that merchandise is presented in a way that enhances the shopping experience and drives purchases. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in retail merchandising with a strong business acumen.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
