The Key Account Manager collaborates cross-functionally to advocate for the client’s needs and drive strategic initiatives that will result in increased business opportunities with important clients. The role requires attention to detail, a deep understanding of each client’s business, and the ability to foster and maintain long-term relationships while delivering solutions that drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
