Job Description

As a Jr. Site Supervisor specializing in Office Interior Fitout, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of interior fit-out projects. You will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and monitoring contracted construction work at office sites to guarantee that customer specifications and high-quality standards are met. Working closely with architects, project managers, and construction teams, you will develop efficient working plans and schedules to streamline operations. This dynamic role requires strong leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a keen understanding of construction processes in the context of office environments. Your contribution is integral to completing projects on time, within budget, and to the highest possible quality standards.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with project managers to establish project timelines and deliverables.
  • Supervise construction teams to ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Monitor progress and performance of all on-site construction activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage daily site operations and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
  • Liaise with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and submit daily progress reports to stakeholders or management.
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Assist in the development of project plans and schedules for efficiency.
  • Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle to meet client expectations.
  • Provide on-site training and guidance to new team members or subcontractors.
  • Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in construction or site supervision.
  • Strong understanding of office interior fit-out processes and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with an ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget constraints.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and capability to handle site-related challenges.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and tools is advantageous.
