Job Description

As an IT Manager, you will be at the forefront of our technology operations, critically managing both our software and hardware infrastructure. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the daily operations and performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Manage IT team by recruiting, training, and developing staff members.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with legal regulations and standards.
  • Conduct technology-related assessments and provide recommendations for potential improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand and fulfill IT requirements and projects.
  • Prepare and manage the IT department budget, optimizing costs and resource allocation.
  • Supervise the installation and configuration of hardware and software systems.
  • Monitor system performance and promptly address any network or operational issues.
  • Stay updated with emerging technology trends to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Develop policies and standard operating procedures to enhance the efficiency of IT operations.
  • Lead IT projects from conception through to implementation and evaluation stages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT management or similar leadership roles in technology.
  • Strong technical knowledge of systems, networking, and IT operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to technology solutions.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team with strong communication skills.
  • Experience with budgeting for large IT projects and operational activities.
  • Solid understanding of data protection regulations and compliance requirements.
