Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Effectively manage sales pipeline and track potential sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Provide timely feedback to management regarding customer insights and market trends.
  • Ensure all sales activities are documented and updated in the CRM system.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals set by the company.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience in an inside sales or telemarketing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong phone presence and experience with customer relationship software.
  • Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software is required.
