Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our thriving human resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting diverse candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. As a central part of our hiring initiatives, the HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies to source quality talents. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and recruitment needs.
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards and social media.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the position requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, facilitating the selection process efficiently.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of hiring processes and strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the ATS.
  • Participate in job fairs and other talent recruitment events to promote the company brand.
  • Stay informed about employment laws and best practices in recruitment and hiring.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates for networking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and a variety of recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
