As an HR Recruiter at 24M26, you will play a vital role in the business's human resources department by identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to drive the company's success. Responsibilities

  • Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and department managers.
  • Maintain an organized database of candidates for future job opportunities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Track recruiting metrics and report on recruiting performance to management.
  • Attend career fairs and industry events to network and promote the company.
  • Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices in the industry.
  • Collaborate with HR team to improve overall recruitment and onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and various sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully hiring for various positions and industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret tracking metrics and analytics.
