Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics tailored to brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate project requirements.
• Develop graphics for digital platforms including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and promotional items.
• Ensure consistency of brand aesthetics across all visual outputs and platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and design strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design software and industry trends.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback ensuring satisfaction with the final product.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Work closely with copywriters to ensure text and graphics complement one another.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of the company’s visual brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar design role.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design skills and styles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple design projects in a fast-paced work environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
