Responsibilities

  • Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and professional appearance.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for various departments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update office records and databases with accurate information.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and guests as necessary.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed to monitor and verify visitor access.
  • Support office projects by providing general administrative assistance.
  • Facilitate communication among staff and with external partners effectively.
  • Assist with the preparation and planning of company events and meetings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a similar role will be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment like printers and photocopiers.
  • Basic familiarity with office software such as MS Office Suite required.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Flexibility to work within office hours and adapt to changing circumstances.
