Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Estimation, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in estimating, particularly in the interior fit-out sector.
• Proficient in using estimation software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for vendor and stakeholder engagement.
