Job Description

The E-Commerce Executive plays a critical role in managing and optimizing online sales channels to maximize business growth in digital commerce. This position involves developing strategies to enhance customer engagement, driving sales through various online platforms, and ensuring that the company's e-commerce presence is robust and up to date. The E-Commerce Executive must effectively coordinate between multiple departments, including marketing, logistics, customer service, and IT, to ensure the smooth operation of online business processes. They must be adept at analyzing data to find trends, implementing marketing campaigns, and enhancing the overall customer purchase journey. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proven ability to drive growth in e-commerce revenues through targeted strategies and execution.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to boost online sales.
  • Manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze e-commerce data to identify trends and improve business processes.
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience and address any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with logistics to optimize inventory and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to make informed strategic decisions.

  • Work closely with the IT team to enhance website functionality and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or related field.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and e-commerce analytics software.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with effective time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
