The role of a Dispatch Executive / Billing professional is essential in efficiently managing the operations related to scheduling, dispatching, and billing of goods or services within an organization. Responsibilities

  • Monitor vehicle locations and movement to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Act as a point of contact for clients regarding dispatch services.
  • Prepare and reconcile billing statements and invoices accurately.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in dispatch or logistics operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Proficient in using dispatch and billing software or related systems.
