Job Description

A Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in the growth and operational success of a company by identifying new business opportunities, building key customer relationships, and maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Responsibilities

  • Report on market trends, business development activities, and client engagement strategies.

  • Guide junior staff by mentoring and coordinating their involvement in projects.
  • Prepare and manage business development budgets and investment plans effectively.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to foster networking and business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, including competition and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
  • Ability to build rapport and forge effective partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a strong results-driven approach and strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
