Job Description

As an Accounts Executive specializing in Accounts Receivable, you will play a key role in managing the financial transactions that impact accounts receivable by ensuring accurate records and effective financial follow-ups. Your duties will involve overseeing the entire invoicing process, reconciling accounts, and ensuring that incoming payments are processed in a timely manner. The post will require you to assess new credit requests, ensure compliance with company policies, and manage collection efforts to maintain healthy cash flow. You will interact with clients to resolve outstanding payment issues and strengthen relationships, ultimately contributing to our organization’s financial health and efficiency. Additionally, collaborating with other departments to streamline financial operations will be part of your daily responsibilities, requiring both meticulous attention to detail and robust communication skills.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Conduct credit management and assessment for new client credit requests.
  • Reconcile accounts monthly to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports and financial data.
  • Manage relationships with clients to expedite and resolve payment issues.
  • Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize cash flow.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Report on the status of accounts and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and audit preparations.
  • Provide management with regular updates on accounts receivable status.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in accounts receivable management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
