Job Description

As an Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving our business forward. You'll play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing new opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients. Your ability to understand client needs and align them with our solutions is critical to our success. The position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, along with a strong business acumen to effectively navigate complex client dynamics and exceed sales targets.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned account portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with organizational solutions and capabilities.
  • Prepare and present tailored sales proposals and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to secure favorable agreements for both parties.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategic planning and sales strategies.
  • Monitor client interactions and track account progress using CRM systems and tools.
  • Deliver regular reports on account status, forecasts, and key performance metrics to management.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner to maintain client trust.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand and offerings.
  • Provide insights and feedback to product development teams to address client needs and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all client interactions and contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client challenges.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
