Job Description

An Account Executive is a key figure in driving the success of a company's sales and revenue generation efforts. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of key clients.
  • Act as the primary contact between the company and existing clients.
  • Identify and explore new opportunities to enhance client revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client demands.
  • Negotiate contract terms ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Track clients' account metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations to clients and prospective customers.
  • Provide feedback and market trends to assist in product development strategies.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure all client queries are well-investigated and resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • Generate accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and client retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strategic mindset.
