As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your primary duty will involve managing the storage and transportation of goods within our facility, and ensuring that products are handled with care to meet company standards. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow processes will guarantee that our warehouse runs smoothly. Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials efficiently and accurately.
• Pick and fill orders from stock according to specific customer requirements.
• Pack and ship orders accurately and ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks and audits.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse vehicles in a safe manner.
• Monitor warehouse workflow and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized according to safety standards.
• Assist with unloading delivery trucks and checking for damage or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on warehouse best practices.
• Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities within given deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking tasks.
• Good communication skills with proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Valid forklift operation certification is preferred but not required.
