A Travel Desk Executive specializing in Visa Support is responsible for facilitating visa processing and document preparation for travelers. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with accurate visa information and application process guidance.

  • Update clients on any developments or changes in visa policies promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all visa applications and related correspondence.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries patiently.
  • Collaborate with travel agents to ensure clients' travel documents are complete.
  • Analyze feedback and work on improving the visa application process.
  • Regularly update knowledge through training sessions and workshops on visa regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of various international visa requirements and policies essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar travel-related role required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and able to manage email correspondence efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail are critical.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
