Job Description

As a Territory Business Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth and development across a designated geographic area. Your role will encompass developing strategic plans and implementing them to increase market share and customer base, while actively managing and supporting the relationship with existing clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets in the territory.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery across the territory.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales progress, forecast, and territory-specific performance metrics.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the brand.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all business activities.
  • Develop and control budgets within the territory to optimize resources and profits.
  • Report directly to senior management on business performance and strategic territory plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within a specified territory.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to analyze market and sales data to inform decision making processes.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.
