The Territory Business Executive is a pivotal role aimed at driving sales and market share within a specifically assigned geographical area. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory targets and objectives.
  • Monitor customer preferences and market trends to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitable transactions and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events aimed at enhancing brand visibility and sales.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations at all times.
  • Identify and mitigate risks within the territory to protect company interests and assets.
  • Regularly review competitor activities to stay abreast of market developments and dynamics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, ideally within a related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance monitoring tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel periodically within territory.
