Job Description

As a Territory Business Executive, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales strategies and expanding market presence within your assigned territory. This position is ideal for a self-motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a competitive environment. You will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. Your ability to translate customer needs into successful sales strategies will contribute directly to the growth and sustainability of the company. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in the territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships within the assigned area.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Provide support and necessary training to client staff, promoting product understanding and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for brand awareness and promotions.
  • Prepare timely and informative sales reports to track goals and initiatives' progress.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Negotiate contracts, closing agreements to maximize profits effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Participate in industry events, seminars, and networking activities to build relationships and improve sales opportunities.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and sales leads, ensuring accurate and prompt records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Territory Sales Executive or similar role for at least three years.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with an affinity for client engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and operate efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving aptitude to handle complex scenarios.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite to manage sales operations.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and able to travel within the territory.
