Job Description

As a Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in our customer engagement strategy, primarily engaging clients over the phone. You will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services, addressing any inquiries they might have, and maintaining good customer relationships to ensure business growth. Your communication skills, coupled with an in-depth understanding of the products and services, will be vital in delivering an excellent customer experience. A successful Tele Caller will be amiable and professional, keeping up-to-date with the latest offerings to effectively answer customer queries and propose solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to share information about our offerings.
  • Communicate effectively and clearly to educate customers on available services.
  • Respond to inbound queries and provide appropriate solutions to customer concerns.
  • Identify customer needs and pitch suitable products or services to them.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and maintain a customer database.
  • Follow up on leads and perform sales closures over the phone as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure adequate supply of sales materials and information.
  • Maintain a professional tone and manner at all times while interacting with clients.
  • Stay informed about organizational products and services as well as competitor offerings.
  • Continuously seek to improve calling strategies and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints tactfully and escalate issues to higher management when necessary.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge regarding customer service best practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with prior experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor required.
  • Proficiency in using telemarketing software and maintaining call logs.
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer queries effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment with a results-driven approach.
