Job Description

The Tele Caller position is integral in engaging potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products and services, resolve inquiries, and process orders. As a Tele Caller, you will be the voice of the company, responsible for shaping customer perceptions and experiences. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into business opportunities through effective communication skills, product knowledge, and excellent customer service. This role demands patience, persistence, and a keen ability to negotiate and close deals, all while maintaining the company’s standards and values. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Follow a prepared script or call guide to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions using company products or services.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.
  • Keep records of customer calls and update the customer database regularly.
  • Achieve specified sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Provide personalized customer service to build strong relationships and retain customers.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and support staff to manage complex queries.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging communication technologies.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service, telemarketing, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are essential.
  • Proficient in using computers and telecommunication systems or software.
  • Ability to handle rejection and manage stressful situations calmly.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education is a plus.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate various shifts and work during weekends.
