Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and achieving specific sales goals. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will utilize your skill set to increase brand awareness and customer satisfaction. An ability to multitask and a strong drive to exceed performance targets are essential for this role. Candidates with previous telemarketing or tele-selling experience are preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide thorough information about our products.
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Keep accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets as set by the sales manager consistently.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and customer concerns.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and overcome challenges.
  • Provide feedback to the management team about customer interactions and call outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all telemarketing activities.
  • Continuously update customer databases to reflect any changes in contact details.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
  • Proven experience working as a telecaller or in a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice and proper phone etiquette.
  • Strong ability to handle customer complaints while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiar with CRM systems and telecalling software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities to efficiently handle calls.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections diplomatically.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
