Job Description

The role of a Store In-charge is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of a retail store. This position involves managing daily operations, overseeing staff, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the store meets its sales targets. A Store In-charge is the backbone of the retail outlet, maintaining balance between employee performance, customer satisfaction, and store profitability. Responsibilities

  • Supervise all store operations to ensure seamless retail activities.
  • Lead and motivate the store team to meet performance targets.
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Implement store policies and procedures to streamline operations.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all staff members.
  • Manage cash and financial transactions with accuracy and integrity.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate contracts for stock procurement.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain adherence to company standards.
  • Analyze sales data to plan and implement appropriate strategies.
  • Manage store layout and coordinate merchandising activities.
  • Identify and solve problems related to stock and staff performance.
  • Report to senior management on store financial performance and operations.

Requirements
