Job Description

A Staff Nurse is an integral member of the healthcare team, providing comprehensive nursing care to patients across various medical settings. Responsibilities

  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed electronic health records for each patient.

  • Manage and prioritize patient assignments based on acuity and needs.
  • Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures within the scope of nursing practice.
  • Support and mentor junior nurses and nursing assistants as needed.

Requirements

  • Current RN license with accreditation from a recognized nursing program.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record systems and related software.
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and sound decision-making.
