The role of a Social Media Marketing Executive is pivotal in today's digital marketing landscape. As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance and grow the online presence of the company. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Engage and build relationships with communities across different social media channels.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget and performance analysis.
  • Track and report on social media KPIs to marketing manager and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure posts are scheduled and published timely.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly to foster community engagement.
  • Create and manage contests and promotional campaigns to boost social media engagement.
  • Stay updated with new social media platforms and tools to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social networks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Proven ability to develop creative content that drives engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Experience in using social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation duties.
