Job Description

The Social Media Executive is a dynamic and creative position, tasked with managing and enhancing an organization's image across various social media platforms. Responsibilities

  • Create, curate, and manage all published content across social media platforms.
  • Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads.
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI of social media efforts.
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices.
  • Maintain an awareness of current market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to enhance digital presence.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies.
  • Leverage user-generated content to enhance engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience with social media metrics and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and client-oriented mindset.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
