  • Assist users with software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.

  • Analyze support trends to identify recurring issues and propose improvements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through attentive and professional interaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and basic networking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with service desk software and ticketing systems is advantageous.
