Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of diverse structural engineering projects.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct detailed structural analysis to ensure the safety and stability of designs.
• Oversee and manage the work of junior engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
• Review and approve technical drawings, calculations, and specifications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve construction and design-related issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required, with recognized authority in the field.
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in structural engineering design and analysis.
• Demonstrated proficiency with structural engineering software, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and structural systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound engineering decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with stakeholders.
