Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain React and React Native applications that are robust and scalable.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and standards.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications on various platforms and devices.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Contribute to the architecture and design discussions, providing technical insights and suggestions.
• Develop and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure software reliability and stability.
• Coordinate with backend engineers to integrate with RESTful APIs and services effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing React/React Native applications.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax and features.
• Experience in working with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Proficiency in using Git for version control and managing project codebases.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling with AJAX or similar.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail in delivering high-quality solutions.
