Senior Architect 10N25

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and project specifications.
• Develop innovative design solutions that meet client requirements and budget constraints.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and design team members effectively.
• Ensure architectural designs adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends and technologies.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee project progress and quality.
• Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders and clients confidently.
• Review and approve architectural drawings and project documentation.
• Act as the point of contact for client communication and project updates.
• Promote sustainable and environmentally friendly architectural practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is mandatory.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Licensed Architect with a comprehensive understanding of architectural practices.
• Strong proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead a design team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Proven track record of completing large-scale projects delivering on time and budget.
