Job Description

As a Sales Manager specializing in IT Services, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and close agreements with large clients and strategic partners.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in IT Services to better serve clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and queries.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate sales team members to continuously improve performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services, including software and hardware.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills to build effective teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and CRM software proficiency.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation and contraction skills with a client-focused approach.
