We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our thriving real estate team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, and delivering outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our real estate agents and marketing team to develop strategic plans that maximize sales opportunities and drive growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve property sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referral programs.
  • Conduct property market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential buyers and investors.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and manage the sale process from initial contact to closure.
  • Coordinate with real estate agents to gain insights and updates on available properties.
  • Assist clients in understanding real estate market conditions and financial implications.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Participate in property exhibitions and open houses to generate leads and sales.
  • Report to senior management on sales progress and market trends regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience is required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in real estate.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid real estate license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and result-driven mindset.
