Job Description

The Sales Executive (Power Rental) plays a critical role in driving the rental business for power solutions and equipment. This position requires the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored power rental solutions. The candidate will work closely with customers to identify their requirements, offer expert advice, negotiate contracts, and ensure satisfaction throughout the rental process. A key expectation for a Sales Executive in this field is to have extensive knowledge about power equipment and rental services, enabling them to effectively communicate the benefits and features to potential clients. Given the dynamic nature of the industry, a successful Sales Executive will be goal-oriented, possess strong negotiation skills, and remain adaptable to market changes and customer demands.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients needing power rental solutions effectively.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to customize power rental solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client requirements and preferences.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, closing sales, and secure long-term contracts.
  • Provide clients with accurate price quotations and timelines for their needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-sale support and service.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
  • Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking occasions in the industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience in the power equipment industry or a related field.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients of all levels.
  • Ability to understand and suggest power solutions that meet client needs effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing sales deals.
  • Confidence in using CRM software and other sales tracking tools efficiently.
