Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive specializing in Power Rental to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with clients in need of power rental solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the power rental market and possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills. They should be adept at identifying client needs and developing strategic sales plans to achieve targets. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing tailored rental solutions. You should be proactive, innovative, and have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve power rental targets.
  • Identify and establish contact with new clients in the power rental industry.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Present and promote company products and services to existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to understand emerging trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are effectively met.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Manage current client accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Track and achieve individual sales goals while contributing to team objectives.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in sales, preferably in power rentals.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office.
