  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profits.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis to management.
  • Keep up-to-date with competitors’ products and services to stay competitive.
  • Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events to expand your network.
  • Offer exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process.
  • Utilize CRM software to update and manage client information consistently.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas assigned by the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong ability to manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to tackle sales challenges.
