Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business's growth, engaging with prospects and clients to deliver exceptional sales results. You will leverage your expertise to identify clients' needs, effectively communicate product offerings, and generate revenue through successful account management and business development. Your role will involve a mix of prospecting for new business and maintaining existing accounts, ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved. Responsibilities

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports to management on sales activities.

  • Continuously update knowledge of industry best practices and competitive landscape.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve sales strategies, products, and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM software tools and digital sales platforms preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and stakeholders.
