Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and effectively promoting our products and services. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as needed.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to customize offerings.
  • Resolve any customer complaints by addressing issues and providing solutions.
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge and sales techniques for better performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in sales position.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are a must-have.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address client needs quickly.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and sales techniques for closing deals.
