Job Description

The Sales Executive position is a vital role that acts as the key intermediary between the company and its clients. In this role, the Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing customer relationships, and playing an integral part in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or surpass assigned targets.

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to understand customer needs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve complaints to enhance client satisfaction.

  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to increase brand presence.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a high level of customer email communication.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential and existing clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related technology tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Dynamic personality with the drive to succeed in a competitive market.
